That same grace which changes our lives here in Montgomery County sends us outward—to carry the gospel where it’s least known and strengthen the global Church through partnership, prayer, and presence. For decades, Atonement has sent and supported pastors, missionaries, church planters, and creative works to help the gospel reach the hard places…
An Every Member Mission
Global Outreach or GO, isn’t a ministry for the few—it’s the shared calling of every follower of Jesus. Some are called to go. Others are called to give, pray, and send. But together, we join God’s redemptive mission—to make disciples of all nations and see His glory fill the earth.
For decades, Atonement has sent and supported missionaries around the world, partnering with men and women serving in Bible translation, theological education, medical missions, and evangelism.
Today, our partnerships strategically focus on the hard-to-reach places, fighting to get the gospel where few can go.

We long to see the grace of the gospel bring renewal where Christ is least known.
That means not just sending missionaries—but strengthening movements of faith led by local believers. Our vision is to increase indigenous church planting in the hardest places of the world—equipping and supporting pastors and leaders who will plant, disciple, and multiply gospel-centered churches within their own communities and cultures.
We pursue this through:
- Sending – Raising up and commissioning missionaries from our church family.
- Supporting – Providing prayer, financial, and relational care for those we send.
- Sustaining – Building long-term partnerships that empower local leaders and churches.
- Praying – Asking God to bring revival among the nations through the unstoppable power of His grace.
Our goal is not simply to participate in missions—but to embody them: becoming a sending church that multiplies disciples and plants churches where the gospel is needed most.

Mission doesn’t end when someone leaves home—it continues through prayer, care, and connection. We support missionaries through visits, communications, and encouragement, helping them remain spiritually healthy and relationally supported.
We partner with World Witness, the global missions agency of the ARPC, to train, send, and sustain missionaries serving in challenging and strategic places around the world.

GO Trips
Over the years, Atonement teams have served in England, Turkey, Togo, Mexico, and Russia, and we look forward to sending new generations who will carry the same gospel passion. Next year, we’re stepping back into the field with a new trip to Bolivia.
Our teams go not only to encourage missionaries and strengthen local churches, but to be changed themselves—to see the world through God’s eyes and grow in love for His mission.
